  1. B.Tech in Textile Engineering is such a division of Engineering that has ever-expanding call where textile processing and its manufacture exercising scientific and engineering principles and theories, machinery used, energy conservation, waste and pollution control etc. are the topics encompassing this branch of Engineering.
  2. To design and control all aspects of Textile, machineries, apparel processes, products & fibers are the target points of this Engineering.
  3. The tenure of this course is 4 years.
  4. For the production and development in all sorts of textile fabrics and yarns from textile fibers, principles of scientific techniques are exercised in this core of Engineering.
  5. For the analysis of the behavior of polymers engaged in the formation of Textile fibers physical and chemical properties are employed and these are the topics through which the students will have to go.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED

For admissions in B.Tech in Textile Engineering, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM or PCB. It is compulsory to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E) to get admissions in IITs.

More than 50k per month excluding other perks and benefits can be earned by a textile engineer after having 2-3 years of industrial experience.
