PROMISING & EXTENSIVE CAREER CONNECTION: The aviation industry has seen rapid growth as Indian Economy is growing steadily. Aviation is an essential component of any economy as well. If you have the craving for sky-touching airplanes,




if you desire to control the plane all with yourself, then this career is only for you, as the more & more airlines are launched and more & more aircrafts are purchased, the more is the requirement for pilots are emanating.
NO LIMIT IN THE SKY With the privatization & liberalization of airports new sophisticated aircrafts are being lined up and more air routes are being opened. The open sky policy has encouraged new operators to launch their airlines and feeder lines are becoming viable and thus the call for manpower, professionally competent in aviation is immensely increasing. With a spurt in the airline activity across the globe, there are plenty of opportunities. There is a great chance for those who have completed their aviation course from renowned institutes in India may apply for jobs in International Airlines. BSc in Aviation is a full time 3 year regular course offered at various institutes. A candidate seeking admission to aforementioned programme should be a pass in higher secondary (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized Board/University/ Council. Depending on the course and institute starting salary can differ but in general it will be above 3 lakhs per annum. ASSUME YOUR ROLE: It’s a subject that helps you understand the factors affecting airline’s success and aptness and learn to think strategically about the business and how to turn key strategies into successful operating plans. You can also better understand the role of auxiliary departments and how to assimilate and plan across departmental boundaries to attain results. Manpower requirements in this industry are always present & increasing, however pick a good institute with good placements when joining this course.  YOU WOULD BE EXPECTED TO WEAR DIFFERENT HATS: After the finalization of your course, based on your skills and interests, you can prefer to take up career in verticals like marketing, human resource management, operations, logistics and air traffic control. But as you progress in your career, you would be expected to wear different hats. You would have to figure out the functioning of different departments of the industry and choose cross-functional skills if you want to grow persistently in the aviation industry, All the best!!!
